The Cafe Femenino Foundation in partnership with the FACES Foundation has identified a need for basic medical assistance and education for rural communities. Currently, there are no resources available for basic information to be dispersed or first aid to be administered. This grant is to provide training for a resident of each community as first responders and educators.
